t he Civil War was fought in the United States between 1861 and 1865. Julius Caeser is was a military in 60 B.C. Triumvirate is a group of three rulers. Augustus is the exalted one. Pax Romana is known as Roman peace.  The growing discontent among the lower classes of society and a breakdown in military order. The main reasons were e fficient government and adequate rulers.
