Greco-Roman Culture- The mixing of elements of Greek, Hellenistic, and Roman culture produced a new culture. Both used now and back then Greek and Roman influenced ideas helped create a better and resourceful life.
Pompeii-An ancient place in Italy that was destroyed after a volcano. After this destruction it killed over 2,000 people and covered the whole town in ash.
Virgil-A famous poet who wrote Aeneid.
Tacitus-A notable historian and senator. He didn't agree with Emperor Nero's action because they were said to be the most cruel actions of any ruler.
Aqueduct-Designed by Roman engineers, and they brought water into towns and cities. It was a fast and easy way to transport water.
